About the speaker

Dominic Briggs is a Co-Founder & Partner at Blockwall, a highly disciplined, sector-focused, and independent early-stage venture capital firm that invests with its funds in the evolution of the internet and is dedicated to the development of Web 3.0 and decentralized technologies. As well, Dominic is a Co-Founder of the Blockchain Research Institute Europe, a leading think-tank focused on blockchain technology and its applications and the respective strategic implications on business, government and society in Europe. Dominic also has a strong management consulting, corporate, and entrepreneurial background. He was educated at leading European business schools, having obtained a master’s degree from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel. Dominic additionally serves as an expert panel member at the EU Blockchain Observatory and Forum, a European Commission initiative to accelerate blockchain innovation and the development of the blockchain ecosystem within the EU. His passion is in venture capital, supporting entrepreneurs and innovation, especially in Europe with a clear focus on investing in blockchain technology and complimentary deep techs.
