27 October 2020. Studies showed that the average employee only has 24 minutes a week to spend on learning. The first reason why they feel held back from learning is because they do not have the time. What about a CEO, who is working an average of 62.5 hours a week? With this in mind, we created the InvestHorizon academy, an online free platform offering 25+ online courses targeting deep tech entrepreneurs.
The latest sessions available are:
- “Equity finance” with Gonzalo Martinez de Azagra, Founder and general partner at Cardumen Capital
- “Deep tech” and “Getting investment ready” with Luca Venza, Director of Technology Innovation, Transfer & Acceleration at IESE Business School
Accessing the free online courses is always possible at http://courses.investhorizon.eu/

What to expect from InvestHorizon?
InvestHorizon champions 500 selected high-tech entrepreneurs to do much better and to raise an ambitious Series A investment round together with their supporting investors through an individual programme customized to the investment-readiness needs and challenges of each company. The companies are selected through repeating calls for applications from SMEs every 6 months till the middle of 2021.
InvestHorizon is a programme financed by the European Commission, in association with Eureka, to facilitate Series A funding for selected deep tech companies boosting their investment readiness and investor relations. The programme is run by a consortium coordinated by Tech Tour with six other partners: BPI France, Meta Group, EurA, BWCON, EBN, and IESE Business School.
